Amanda Bossard net worth
Amanda Bossard was just out high school when she began her marine biology studies at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage. Bossard's career began in 1999 with a job aboard the vessel F/V Sunset. The 65-foot halibut vessel was converted into a tender for salmon by Murat Ariatn, who is a commercial fisherman for over twenty years. Bossard, who is married to Aritan, has joined their teams to take over their industries. Both are advocates of preserving sustainable and renewable marine resources. In 2007, now a mother of two children Bella age 3 and Andre 1 Bossard then returning to living in Philadelphia, opened a direct market wholesale distributor of seafood known as Otolith. Her husband has a long experience in the industry of fish, which often keeps them separate for a period of five or more months. It is during this time that they're focusing on their environmental and financial goals. Bossard as well as Isabella and Andre (ages 10 and 12 respectively) return each year, from July to August and continue to Southeast Alaska for the summer harvest of wild salmon. After two months of fishing hooks along with lines and a 42-foot salmon trolling machine they joined Aritan and sold to local seafood processors. Amanda Bossard is an Anchor/MMJ for News 12 the Bronx and News 12 Brooklyn she's been on the air since November of 2015. She is passionate about spotlighting the good things happening in the boroughs she represents and telling stories that make an impression.
